We did a few things differently. First, we quartered red potatoes and added those in, next we also grilled the entire meal. I seasoned each item separately since they'd be added to the grill at different times. We have a large grilling pan that worked perfect. I also changed up the seasonings a bit. In the end, we had local made TX sausage, red bell pepper, onion, zucchini and red potatoes. I paired it with a sweet corn casserole. We absolutely loved it! We will no doubt make it again.
