Hard to keep them in a round shape as you can see. I added a small bit of honey in-between layers which I think it definitely needs for sweetness, and added blueberries. Tasted a little eggy...but for something that's literally made of banana and eggs thats to be expected. I'd definitely whip it up for a quick snack or breakfast again.
