Amazing recipe! Very easy, so if you're not experienced, but want to make an impression- go for it!
It takes quite a time for preparation, but worth every minute spent.
Note: I used a dried canneloni, and tried to fill it in in many ways. Finally end up with a teaspoon, because it was the quickest.
Next time im going to prepare the ragu a night before, so it's not hot and speeds the preparation up.
