Update - cooked mushrooms in different pan, and they browned this time. Also added a can of mushroom soup at the end, and that helped tremendously.
Original - My mushrooms came out very rubbery, and I wanted the dish to have more of a gravy. Will try again and cook in a different type of pan, and update these notes when I get it right!
