This was a great marinade and has become a go-to. I make it into a meal by making 2-4x the amount. Half is used for cabbage and broccoli, then as they're roasting I mix salad greens, sweet onion, cherry tomatoes, and a can of white beans. I mix the salad with the remainder of the marinade. I'll pile the salad on top of the cabbage and broccoli. Add cheesy toast and it's a great, complete meal!
