Another five star overnight oats recipe. This was creamy and delicious, but if you prefer your crumbs crunchy, add them in just before serving!
It’s also definitely a good idea to soften the cream cheese, I forgot to prep beforehand and didn’t, which meant I had some lumps where I hadn’t quite mixed it in properly.
This time I used honey for the sweetener, because I didn’t want to overwhelm the lime flavour, and this was definitely a very good choice!
It makes two jars (I used bonne maman, but it would probably fill two small mason jars too), and I loved mine cold and creamy from the fridge.
