Hi, delicious results after a few modifications.
Notes:
Ingredient list asked for cooked chicken, instructions say to sautee (already cooked chicken?)
No mention of cornstarch in the ingredient list. We used some Bisquick powder.
We used a packet of powdered chicken bouillon and dried parsley in place of poultry seasoning.
The photo shows peas, yet none in the ingredient list.
We also used Bisquick for the dumplings, and added a can of mixed vegetables along with the carrot and onion.
Yes, add more liquid as needed.
The client loved it - we will make it again!
