Step 1
Sauté chicken, add celery, carrots, onion and poultry seasoning in a large pan or Dutch oven; add chicken stock (or base + water) to cover.
Step 2
Return soup to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 3
Quarter biscuits. Drop into simmering soup. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until biscuits puff up.
