These pieces were small so it was actually fully cooked 20 mins in, without flipping. Most of the effort went into patting them all dry lol. I fiddled with the sauce quite a bit because I felt like it was missing some "tang", so I added some paprika, more Frank's & sugar, and a bit of tabasco
