I don't make meatloaf often and never had it growing up but my family loves this recipe. It's super moist and delicious. I've made this a few times and I don't make the sauce in the recipe. Instead, I mix tomato paste with maple syrup (a can of paste to an unknown amount of syrup. Until it feels good 😁) It's so delicious!
