I was going to say I will not be doing this again upon finishing the recipe, but the kids actually really liked it. Was going for fettuccine alfredo but we're just gonna call it cheesy pasta soup from now on. Next time I might serve it mixed with rice instead of pasta because it doesn't cling to the pasta at all. Basically just be prepared to drink or drain the liquid goodness after eating the food contents. (Skipped the cajun seasoning entirely btw)
