Protein powder choice. This high protein banana bread recipe can be prepared with whey protein powder, vegan protein powder or casein. In case you use plant based protein powders or casein, the batter may require additional milk to get smooth.
Protein powder flavor. This recipe uses vanilla flavored protein powder. If your protein powder is unflavored you may need to fix the sweetness with additional sweetener.
Storage instructions. Wrapped well, this protein banana bread will stay fresh for up to 3 days at room temperature. For longer storages, refrigerate in a food container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
