The cutting is more effort than it's worth - mine didn't really accordion after baked. But the methodology & seasoning is good. Same problem I always have with potatoes - I think I would need to cook this way longer to get to the crispiness it looks like in the photo. Maybe I'd be more impressed if it was done long enough to brown like that.
