I think I must have messed something up. It looks like such a simple recipe, too. 15 minutes wasn't done enough so I left it to 20. The top looked great, but inside was kind of a greenish grey and spongey.

I cooked it in microwave, using a silicone muffin pan. It didn't cook evenly, Second batch I only filled the outside cups, leaving the center one empty, they cooked more evenly that attempt. It only took like 3 or 4 minutes and I checked it a few times during the process to make sure it wasn't over cooked. They turned out ok, just not as great as I was wanting. I may try it in the oven and make a foil tent over it so the tops won't burn.
