Like others, I added a whole bulb of garlic, separated into cloves but still with the skins on, with the new potatoes at the beginning. I also cooked the potatoes for much longer than 20 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients, which I did at the same time. (Asparagus, potatoes, tomatoes, balsamic and extra virgin olive oil). I take off the green bit of the tomato as otherwise can be tricky to eat when cooked. Half a lemon at the beginning would have been good as well but didn't have any this time. Very tasty.
