I added a block of cream cheese then the spinach. Mozzarella cheese on top of that. Sauted an onion and 4 garlic cloves in 1/2 cup of beef broth until tender. About 20 minutes. Put that on the cheese and tied with twine. Put about 2 T of oil in a pan and browned roast on all 4 sides for about 5 minutes each side. Put in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. It was a hit!!!
