first time baking something unusual and the final outcome beat all expectations~ i was so excited to try them, i even forgot to take a pic!! the donuts turned out very chewy and soft, just like actual mochi☆〜 i didn’t have any strawberries left, so i glazed them with plain white chocolate which i dyed with red coloring to make it pink.
the only downturn would probably be the mess i made trying to use piping bags. during that process i wasted so much dough, would probably have made another donut from it.. but the recipe has nothing to do with this inconvenience, i just need more practice using the bags~
