Fantastic!
I cut out the lemon juice because it didn't really need it. Increased the butter to 8TBsp, the stock to 1cup, and switched heavy cream for whole milk at 1cup. As the sauce cooked I put 1TBsp cornstarch in a bowl and took a little sauce to mix in with it. Poured it back into the sauce and cooked till thick. Made a Fantastic gravy for potatoes.
