so yummy and easy to make! I used brown sugar and only half the amount & replaced the butter with pumpkin seed oil ( about 3/4 amount of tihe butter not 1:1) which gives the bread a nice nutty flavor (you can also use both and adjust the amount to taste) looking forward to experiment with more spices & orange zest when I make it next time
