Would have been nice to have a better tutorial video to go with the written instructions or proper written instructions that has the steps in it for each part not just some, for example the noodles part is just “add noodles” it doesn’t explain how you prepare these noodles or cook them, in the video their already cooked I got the hokkien ones as asked and tried the instructions on the back of those which said to heat in a skillet with water, they ended up mushy. Despite the mushiness everything else was okay for a first try, I’ll have to try less soy sauce next time as ours it was overpowering It’s a good tutorial I guess for people who already know how to cook, not so much for people who don’t.

If you scroll through the recipe, it explains how to use either fresh or dried. It's all right there in the recipe. Sorry you didn't see it, but next time, you'll know.

Where? I’d like to know please, I watched video to this step too and it’s just them adding already cooked noodles, for the recipe thing it just states what they did in the video which was add the noodles to the mixture of the sauce? Which again, for someone who’s never cooked isn’t exactly helpful is my point to see already cooked thing that video doesn’t tell how to do for the dish it’s making understand what I mean? Or for those of us on spectrum that rely on those details not just vague videos with partially vague steps, my comment isn’t made to offend anyone, it’s to point out a certain demographic that will need more than just that to follow along right so we don’t end up with wasted food having to go to garbage :)
