Makes a very large batch. Amazing, vibrant, fresh flavors! I used Quorn plant based chicken and it turned out great. I like my pad Thai a bit more liquid. If there are left overs, I will add some water to see if it loosens to my preference. Having a larger vessel to finish it together with the sauce would make the difference.
