One of the tastiest ground lamb dishes I've made. As much as I enjoy it in Mediterranean dishes, the simplicity of just salt, pepper, lemon, and dill with the lamb and asparagus is an absolute delight. Lebanese and Turkish cuisines are grand, don't mistake me. But this? This we will certainly have again and again.
