Brilliant recipe, so tasty and tender! I used frozen Haddock that I thawed and patted dry before cooking. Started it on a hot baking sheet under the broiler and the crumbs crisped up beautifully. Just needed a couple more minutes on bake to cook through. Super easy and quick also.
