I messed with the amounts: I used a 28oz can of crushed tomato, a whole bag of spinach from Aldi, 4 chicken breasts, and 3 bell peppers. For seasonings I used, onion power, garlic salt, pepper, cayenne powder, and paprika. It was fantastic by itself, but agree with others when they say it would be delicious over pasta. Definitely took more than 28 minutes between prep and cool time though.
