The first time I made this dish, the chicken was overcooked. The second time, I browned the chicken for only 4 minutes on each side. I then removed the chicken and continued with the instructions. I added extra tomato paste for extra flavor. When the tomato sauce was perfectly cooked, I added the chicken back in. I let it cook until the internal temperature reached 165°F. Then, I turned off the stove and added the mozzarella cheese. Finally, I served the dish and it was delicious!
