It was definitely a comforting warm stew, but I didn't taste anything remarkably Moroccan. Maybe my spices have gotten bland and I need to purchase new? I used my Instant Pot, perhaps that affected the outcome? Just a bit lack luster, unless all you're looking for is hearty meat and potatoes.
