I wasn't sure how I would feel about eggs cooked on a baking sheet but this was so good. I had a girls weekend last weekend and was assigned breakfast on Sunday so I made 2 pans at the same time (easy peasy). It fed 8 people with a little left over and everyone loved it. Served with hummus and pita.
