These were okay, but I wouldn't say they tasted like a Philly Cheesesteak. Might be a fun snack for a party, but to eat on its own as a meal left my stomach hurting from too many Fritos. The cheese also stuck to the foil I put in the pan. Next time, I'll spray the foil first.
