Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Dump ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-

gravy mix to the pan.

9. Leave the mixture to continue cooking for 3 minutes to

allow the sauce to thicken.

10. After 3 minutes remove the pan from the heat.

11. Add 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar

cheese blend to the pan.

12. Stir until the cheese melts.

13. Dump the ground beef mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch

baking dish and spread it out evenly.

14. Sprinkle the corn chips on top of the ground beef mixture.

15. Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese on top
