Middle of the road recipe. Tasted ok, not incredible and we had to do a cornstarch slurry as it was soup thin after cooking in instant pot. I did get 1.5 cups of masala paste from recipe (doubled), used 1/2 cup today and froze two additional 1/2 c. portions.
