@Megan Hill Step 4 says "For the butter bean purée, simply pour beans (keep liquid aside) into a blender with the juice of a lemon, salt, pepper, 1 minced garlic clove + nutritional yeast. Add 1-2tbsp bean juice to loosen slightly." KEEP THE LIQUID ASIDE!! ADD 1-2 TEASPOONS OF BEAN JUICE TO LOOSEN.
