We are obsessed with this sticky tofu! The sauce was packed with flavor and reminded me of take out Chinese! I was craving mushrooms so we added 2 bunches of enokis to the roasted veggies. They all work wonderfully together. I put about 2 TBSP of sauce on each serving and it was a bit too strong, added about 1 TBSP worked a lot better, and allowed you to taste all of the ingredients! This served us for 3 nights!
