Used slightly more parmesan and replaced mozzarella with Tex Mex - but otherwise followed directions. Pounded 4 smaller sized chicken breasts before breading. Used store bought high quality marinara sauce - came out fabulous!! Moist, very tasty, and really not very hard to make.
