The chicken was kind of bland despite letting it marinate for three times longer than the recipes instructions. I was surprised the avocado salsa called for red wine vinegar, and I regret doing it as it added am unpleasant flavor to it that almost overpowered the avocado. If I make this again, I would omit and likely make it spicier.
