This recipe was good, but not great. The chicken was lovely and moist but there wasn't much flavour. The flavour on the rice was great but some of the rice around the edges was really crispy and ruined it a bit for me. Probably wouldn't make this again but wasn't bad enough to mark it with a thumbs down!
