so pillowy and light, like choux clouds!! i also filled the eclairs with choco buttercream i had made earlier, plus made them bite-sized. definitely gotta make these again~
one small downturn is that even tho most of the eclairs were perfectly puffed, some of them deflated in a blink of an eye.. maybe the problem is my oven
