This chili turned out great! We made a few small adjustments to the recipe to get it to our liking! We blended 2 cups of chili and added it back in to thicken up the chili a bit. We also added some carrots we had laying around. We topped it with nutritional yeast and a swirl of garlic vinaigrette to give it a bit of cheesiness and acidity! This actually made 8 servings for us so we froze 1/3 of it for a later date!
