Opt for kid friendly version. Dried chilli excluded. And no salt added as soy sauce for us already salty. Tofu was pressure cooked with rice in tiffin , 2 mins high pressure, manual released after 8 mins.

I use fresh Thai chili's instead of dried, very delicious fresh taste and not spicy. Just a few incredibly thin slices. I think the dried chili is a mistake so I'll double check and update the recipe.
