Great recipe! I want to further emphasize that the ratio of almond milk to seeds seems to be the most important. I tried using fewer seeds, and it was runny after sitting overnight. To fix it, I simply just added some cereal to absorb the rest of the milk, and it turned out just fine! You can never go wrong with chia pudding. I also added some cinnamon for flavor. Doesn't take long to make, but it does require time (few hours to overnight) to sit before you can eat it.
