HOLY MOLY, it's good!
I told my wife for her birthday, I'd make her any meal she wanted. Low and behold she asked for beer battered fish tacos... Uh oh, never made that before... Ever.
This beer batter was a HOME RUN. Dipped tilapia (yes tilapia, grocery store was out of cod) in this batter, and then deep fried on the stove... IT WAS AWESOME!
All of our family loved it, and just kept coming back for more. We ate like- 5 pounds of fish in one night. Best batter ever!
Of all beer batter ever 6.5/10, out of expectation and ease 12/10.
