Marinade:
4 tbsp melted 🧈
½ tbsp 🧅 powder
½ tbsp 🧄 powder
½ tbsp lemon pepper
½ tbsp paprika
½ tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp adobo
⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley 🌿
Juice of half a 🍋
Pat dry skinless ~2lb salmon filet
Rub marinade on both sides of salmon.
Drizzle 🥦 and 1 cup cherry 🍅 with 🫒 oil (~1tbsp) and season with 🧂 and pepper.
Add salmon and veggies to a sheet covered with parchment paper. Top salmon with lemon slices and cook 25-30 mins at 400⁰
