They were some of the best peanut butter cookies I've had in a while. I think it's important to use your favorite peanut butter and the fresher the better. Great peanut butter taste. Added about a cup of peanut butter M&M'S.
Forgot to add, that they bake really well from Frozen dough balls. My kids pick different cookies that they like and I make a full batch. We bake off a few and freeze the rest of the raw dough. We roll them out to be ready to bake or make a log to cut off of, whatever the recipe calls for. So we can enjoy them any time. I just follow regular baking instructions most times only adding a few extra minutes bake time for the frozen dough. Just a great way to enjoy some fresh cookies though a busy week, lol.
