Used aquafaba (5tbsp) instead of eggs. 1/2c of butter instead of 3/4c. Pumpkin spice blend instead of cinnamon. Added 2 tbsp maple syrup to 1 1/2c sugar instead of 3/4c sugar and 3/4c brown sugar. Added dried cranberries also.
