This was a hit with the family! My sister said she wished I had made double and I think everyone has second helpings. I didn't have chicken so I used ground beef, and altered the stock to beef to match. In order the make it Low FODMAP for my sister I : omitted the peas. Used garlic infused oil instead of garlic. And coconut amino instead of soy sauce. Et voila! It was quick and easy and very flavorful.
