Cooked 750g of raw pawns but still used the same amount for the rest of the ingredients.
It might be just the US style of coconut milk, but the Australian version is quite runny. So I mixed 1Tbsp corn starch (corn flour), + 1Tbsp water in a bowl, then added to the simmer.
Didn't have any parsley & didn't use chilli.
Mixed through with some (cooked) fettuccine.
Tasted delicious!
I will make it again.
