Good! Different way to use up some potatoes.
I used my air fryer (Ninja Foodi), and the potatoes were taking too long to bake. Next time, I might try cooking in the microwave first, so that the middle is soft, but then transferring to the air fryer to get the crisp on the outside. Will have again sometime.
