This is an okay ramen. I used only one tablespoon gochujang and added mushrooms. It still needs something to make it better.

Maybe beef bouillon? Or chicken bouillon? But if you prefer a different route maybe try fish flake's/bonito. They use that for miso with tofu in Japan.
