Try a 1/2 cup of oats a 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk and the other ingredients as said but I'd also use slightly less the of chia too if not remove completely, you should find that it's ready in a couple of hours if you wanted it that quickly. I tend to make bigger batches so 2 cups oats 2 cups yogurt 1 cup milk. Hope this helps
