I forgot to freeze the meat in advance so it was tricky to cut and I ended up with squares instead of strips but still great! Had to cook the broccoli a bit longer than 4-5 minutes, maybe 7-8 minutes. The sauce was a smidge sweeter than I'd like and I would like more of a kick. I did add korean red pepper flakes and that helped but maybe some siriacha in the sauce next time. Will definitely remake. Easy and good!
