Tripled the dressing, and didnt add maple syrup (balsamic vinegar is sweet enough)
Used a jalapeno as I didn't have a red chili pepper.
Sweet potato took closer to 40-45 min to cook.
Added raw red onions to the salad.
Makes 3 large salads or 4 medium ones.
Edit: I doubled the dressing (still leaving out the maple syrup), and didn't dress the kale with it. I just added in the tahini and topped the salad with it.
